Hi 2wheel, no the Like does not have an oil filter like the Buddy or Vespas have. There is a small screen located on the bottom of the engine under the oil drain plug. When doing an oil change it should be rinsed clean and reinstalled. There are many videos on Youtube showing how to do it.
