You know exactly which model variator for me? I have a friend who lives in the U.S., it probably will come next month  to Bulgaria, and can brought it to me. Just need to know and show her what to buy for me. Can you send me the link what model to look for? Kymco people s 50cc 4 t  motor BB10.   45-50$ is perfect price :)

Оne more question. How do I know my  CDI is restricted or not? My max speed 65km/h . This means that CDI not restricted?

Either you or your US connect can open a dealer account here...   http://www.spi-parts.com/scooter-parts-performance/kymco/polini-variator-kymco-people-50.html
You can of course buy one anywhere. It's just that the forum can save you $$$. IMHO

That's the Var. I'm talking about. you can ask about having it shipped direct to you, as long as it's paid by someone here.

It sounds unrestricted to do 40mph. Do they even have to restrict them there? I thought is was mainly a US thing. Mainly...
That Var. could/should get you 45mph.

HI, My Friend, I change the belt, but...... , I do not know why the belt still standing in the same place as the old one, but is really long, I  measured 743mm, old is 724mm. Scoot goes much well, try 6.5gram rolls, but slowly  accelerates, again change with 5.5grams, and it is very good. Max speed is 68, maybe 70. I mark variator, and rear pulley, see pic :)

I think that the rear pulley is much bigger than variator, maybe not original.
If I put a more long belt  what will happen at the  variator  ???
Variator can not climb high on the belt. I think it would have been a sports variator that previous owner is taken. I'll think about it.

the front looks like it is very close to running correctly while the rear is still too far off.
The rear looks OEM to me so I don't think it was changed out. It couild be the front was changed because many of the China Knock off's are up to 10mm smaller in diameter.
I would still try to find a slightly longer or OEM Bando belt, and go ahead /w a Polini Variator. It's the only way to be sure of the correct fit, and the MUCH better Polini will cost the same as an OEM Var from the dealer.

Try to have your friend get them both for you, and be done w/ it

Absolutely use the Malossi. I had one that went in three different bikes, and lasted almost 5 years. The other is just a cheap item that will last maybe one year if you are lucky.

Plus the Malossi spring is a bonus. You should install that at the same time, and it will feel like a new bike.

You will be happy you did. It should last the life of several engines.  Mine did.

When you install it use a drop of motor oil on the crank shaft, and outside of the drive boss (sleeve). Just a DROP. This will pre-lube it for break-in, and it will never need lubing again.
