Standard price of a GT out the door?

I went to a local dealer to price out the People GT300i and they came up with about $6000 out the door. I was wondering what prices everyone has been getting around the country? Now this is a 2014 not 2013. He said there's no incentives on the 2014.
    I did ask him if he carried any windshields for the GT and he went in the back and came out with a used one in great shape and said he would throw it in for free. Thought that was a very nice incentive!

Last year in 2013, I bought a new 2013 OTD for $5400.
On top of that, Kymco sent me two $50. visa gift cards. Net $5300.

$6000 is way too much.
Someone is trying to bust your chops.

I can grab a 2013 right now OTD for less than 5k.
I would look for a leftover.

That price seems pretty high to me. I bought my zero mile 2013 last year for around $5400 and that was the total financed price after interest. Same dealer has them on sale right now for $4599. http://www.columbiascooters.com/product_p/300cc_bf60a.htm I don't think there are any changes from a '13 to '14.

     I bought a brand new 2012 on April 6, 2013. It cost me $4776.00 out the door including registration. When I was looking, I found a variance of almost $1000.00 between 4 different dealers. It pays to shop around. I also got the 2 Kymco $50.00 gift cards.

This dealer told me there are no 2013 left so I have to buy a 2014. I called another dealer and there price was right about the same. If I buy one of the 2013 on sale how the heck do I get it to Phoenix?

They do pretty well on the highway. 1300 miles from Portland = about $80 in gas at 70mpg

I have made that drive before and would really rather not do it again. I do however LOVE Portland! I stayed up there for about 4 months on a traveling assignment and really love it.

Yeah, I-5 is a miserable drive. US-395 and up through Susanville and Klamath Falls is a much more interesting drive though. Did that in my '78 VW Westy a few years ago from the Havasu area.

Well, I have new info. I called several dealers in a few different states and the prices I'm getting are from $5900 to $6400 OTD. A place in California seems to have some interesting math. They have 3 2013's on sale for $4399 but the OTD price came to $5975. He said the tax there was 9% so I'm wondering what there adding on there? Maybe a $1000 because they can fee?

Well there's always a set up fee but a $1000 is a bit ridiculous.

Yah, I understand the dealers have to make there money. The ones here go from $5399 to $6000. But to go from $4399 to almost $6000. That's a bit out of control I think. Yikes!
