Kymco 250cc Performance cylinder head?
« on: May 26, 2014, 09:32:56 PM »
Hey has anyone heard of a performance cylinder head available for the 250cc motors (B&W250 specifically)? There's a possibility that my head is warped and rather than buying a new stock one I would rather pick up something with larger ports and valves.
2002 Kymco B&W 300; MRP 78MM "300CC", Naraku cam, Yoshimura rS3 exhaust, 17g Sliders, Yellow torque spring drilled airbox, stock carb #115 main #40 pj.

2001 "Yamaha" Zuma AKA MBK Booster; MHR OverRange, Dellorto 19mm BHBG, Polini "big" intake, RS-3 Rear shock, Stock cylinder.

Try calling Martin Racing Performance. Some of these 250 cc motors end up in racing go-karts.

Machine the old one flat and enlarge the seats to accept big valves? Look for a local motorcycle racing and tuning shop.
