Big weekend for the B&W

Had an awesome weekend riding the newly repaired Bet & Win 300 around this weekend. Just did a quick 60km loop today around Oregon City, rolled over 15,000km in the process. After doing 200ish km this weekend and coolant is staying brimmed in the radiator!!!!!! Only hit 3 bars on the gauge in stopped traffic and it quickly went down to 2 once in motion. I gotta say, it feels really good to nail down a problem this bike has had since I got it. Previous owner warped the head running the bike dry on oil and coolant. The MRP 300cc kit has never felt better, and I don't want anyone to think that sa reason my bike had cooling system issues, this kit kicks butt and can hang with fast traffic on the freeway.

Well then. We have to get you into some major porting!
I assume 45-50 HP is within reason. We'll see about having Scooter Alley make you a one of Scorpion pipe.

Now that it's fixed lets blow it to sh**!

My dream for this engine as a custom one off frame, buy one of those China small turbo kits drop the compression and see how much boost it'll run. 50hp would be within reason.

Have you ever seen Rich's SR 50 turbo?

You might want to re-think that one. He never said but I imagine there is about 30 grand involved.

Most likely much more. Every piece is custom machined, and engineered for the bike.

Yeah that's all out. I could be turbo'd and intercooled for $1500, can't say I know how long it would last haha

I guess you are right. I forgot it's a POS Kymco.
There are alot of turboed 2t's on youtube. The key is getting the dump valve right, and VERY stiff reeds to prevent that momentary overlap between dumping, and blow thru.

I wanted to do the same thing w/ the ZX till I lost interest. I was looking at Zenith turbos used in Peugeot cars.
The other big hurdle is an electric oil pump to feed the turbo but I figured that one to use the 2t oil tank, and factory injection pump tied wide open. You don't need volume, just pressure. Of course Pre mix is the word of the day...

Haha I don't have time or space for that. Just gonna enjoy the reliability for the time being.
