Ok, call me stupid but i wanted to lean out the carb a bit today because after taking my spark plug out i noticed that it was blackish and had carbon deposits on it. Anyhow i looked on both sides of the scooter for the mixture screw (i figured it would be relatively easy to access because it needs to be tinkered with every once and a while) and i did not find it. So i moved to the next obvious location and i took my seat off and looked down. Now i have found the carb because the throttle cable comes to an end and operates carb so i know i can see that carb. But i cannot find the adjustment screws??
I went on google and checked some various carb diagrams to find the usual place for the needles and after further inspection i could not find them!?.
So if some nice fellow wouldn't mind giving me further info on the location of these adjustment needles i would be grateful.
Some pictures would be greatly appreciated as well. As long as i find the needles it does not matter lol.

ok so i found the screws on my carb and here is my next problem. there are two that are ajustable, a small one that sticks out and a larger one that is flush with the carb. I have not played with them yet because first i would like someone to tell me which is which and also the default factory settings for these two screws. also once i re-adjust them to factory setting, i would like to lean out the mixture just a bit because my spark plug is not brown but rather black.

Maybe a little late, but the smaller of the 2 should be the mix and the larger the idle.  I'm not sure of the factory settings, but just screw them in all the way and keep track of exactly how many turns on each so you can always revert back.  Usually 2 turns out on each is a pretty good starting point.
