Skad does a great job of letting this be a truly open forum, and for the most part, allows us to self police ourselves. No need to put more work in his lap!
True dat but if it is just like flipping a switch. I say go for it. For the specific reason that it may help with topic hijacking. You know, like all of the sudden this switched to "big brother" talk. All the BS can go in the chat, get digested and dissolved all automatically.

for a forum like this it makes sense. For the forum I was talking about it sounds risky.

The great thing about this forum, and its membership is there is always someone here to point a newcomer in the right direction. No one is ever left to fend for themselves. This whole place is like a permanent IM IMHO.
Some like ordered structure, and some don't give a rats behind. I like here.

Some of us are just born to do what we do. Perfect example.

I sure couldn't see him asking if I "want fries with that?" You Rock on Bluesin.
