All body panels (grey/black) are brand new including the black plastic. Seat, dash, frame, wheels and everything else sans engine is in perfect order. This scooter had the Polini 300cc kit installed and she rocked. It would go 90mph + all day. Last May I was riding down the highway at 75mph and the engine lost oil pressure and broke apart. The engine case is fine along with the crankshaft. The head, valvetrain, piston and connecting rod are trash.
