Anyone got experiance of malossi rollers please, we bought a 6 pack of 16 x 13 rollers 4.7 grams ( mentioned elsewhere on the site to help on hills )
However the pack of 6 feels far heavier than than 29.2 grammes or just over an ounce.
They are black outer material around 2mm deep and then around 4mm of metal deep to the hole, then 2mm hole to the center if you will.
So working out on diameters around 4mm across hole, then 8mm of metal( 2 x 4mm) and then 4mm of black material ( 2 x 2mm )
Thing is I can`t see how they are 4.7 grammes as they go up so much higher theres virtually nowhere for more weight.
The pack says 4.7, the rollers say 4.7 but they just seem too heavy to the feel if you will each.
Not got any low measuring scales, but does anyone think they will be right !!! ones of a similarly light weight in other makes look to have much more hole if you will and more a thinner band of metal inner.
Also is there a way to put them in as they look similar on both ends but on another site it said there is a way around in the variator.
