Found this while searching around ebay.  Looks like the seller is parting out a complete scooter.  He has about 175 items posted.

Wow that dude has over 12,000 parts listed on his store. All stripped down parts, engines etc. He either gets every single totaled bike in Florida, or is stealing and parting them out lol. He has a people gt300 engine for $600, not a bad deal.
