weird noise coming from rear of scooter

Have the same sound on my Agility City 125 from about 38mph up. Really annoying... The sound started after I changed the belt, rollers and clutch.
I'm 99% sure it's coming from the CVT.

When the scooter is cold nothing can be heard, but as soon as it warms up the whoa - whoa - whoa starts. 

Checked and tightened all the bolts on the muffler, and center stand, but no change.

. Still have the old belt in the garage, and it's in fairly good shape, so gonna put it back in and see what happens.

looked inside my cvt and good lord was ther a lot a black dust from the belt. there was probably a 3mm coating of the entire dct. The weat on the top/sides of the belt wasn't too bad so not sure where it's wearing.

You will always find some initial wear of the belt when new, and once you clean it out, it wont be as dirty next time you open it. Thats my experience. So is everything tight in there ?

everything seems normal. really unsure what the sound could be.
