Should a agility 125 burn small amounts of oil?
« on: September 12, 2014, 05:40:55 PM »
Since my last oil change I've ridden my agility 125 a little over 400 miles. And I just had to top the oil off is that normal? Not a lot but it wasn't as full as when I filled it.

Mileage on your scoot? And how do you ride it?
Intervals for doing those oil changes?
Type of oil?
These things can have an impact on oil consumption.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

do a compression test, and pull off the cvt cover/fan cover. look for oil around the crank seals.
If all that is good then yes your bike is normal.

Mileage is 950km. I use 10w40 motorcycle oil. And I've only changed the oil once at 300km. Its a 2013 model and I usually ride about 45-55mph
