Got everything apart, maybe lost a tab or two.
Found my issue, a main harness connector was not assembled correctly, so I fixed that, and added dielectric grease to every connection as they were all dry.
What was the issue you ask? well, this time it was if you turned the handlebars a large percentage of the time the scooter would short out and die. yes, traced to a poor connector buried along the frame. so thats under 20 miles a new dash and speedo gear drive (4+ months from a shop) and now a wiring issue that I fixed in 5 hours.
still planning to change to blade fuses, add some grounds, anti-seize any bolt going into the frame, wrap and secure wiring, lube throttle cable and preload rear suspension.
