Canadian Rules?

Got a "Vicks" vaporizer to help with a cold and a cough. Instructions say in part "do not add vaporizer fluid if in Canada"! WTF, over? Maybe some of you Canada boys can enlighten me.......

He tried that... That's why he's stuck in Canada.

I can't imagine to this day how horrible one has to be, to be under country arrest in that god awful place. My prayers are with you big fella!

dont know any better , I like it here, going down to - 2 F below tonight,  some times I like to be with my sister in palm springs thou, not for the weather  it,s just to visit,. ho ho,.
