Looking for a cell phone mount/gopro mount. any suggestions?

I've been looking for something to mount my cell phone and or a gopro.  I remembered a thread about this, but I can't find it.  I saw this on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/KYMCO-Downtown-Xciting-K-XCT-Motorcycle-scooter-Handlebar-Cross-Bar-Lever-Bar-/181502970768?hash=item2a426b8b90&vxp=mtr  but this doesn't seem to be the one I remembered.  There are no pictures of this bar in action, or installed on the bike.

Does anyone recommend one that would support a Note 4 phablet, and gopro?

Check RAM mounts and GoPro mounting systems.

did you purchase the ebay bar?  how much was the total price if you did? and where did you get teh phone clamp?
