The rear may just need adjusting. If you have done that already... New shoes for the rear are cheap... http://www.ebay.com/itm/EBC-OE-Brake-Shoes-Rear-Kymco-Agility-50-4T-2005-2012-/331464920554?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4d2cd94dea&vxp=mtr

and for the front I would change the brake fluid completely, and get a set of Malossi pads... http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xmalossi+front+pads+kymco&_nkw=malossi+front+pads+kymco&_sacat=0

Just match up the ones that look like yours.

You can peek at the front brakes and see how much life is left. Also if you haven't yet, like zombie said, the back cable brake is adjustable.

thank you guys , the rear needs to change for sure its been a long time its not working as it should by the time i got some mechanic skills , coz i opened it a few times when i repainted , some small defects or simple maintaining .
i got adjusted my rear 2 or 3 times so i guess i need to remove the exhaust , rear wheel and some other stuff
to see in detail what happened there :p
if everything goes right due to accidental defects and the money in my s8 wont be that much i would take it
another summer with it while getting another scooter is way harder because of taxes and import costs of another scooter
but even after 3 years i love it as in first day even its a cheap chinnese scooter or its not as reliable as italian scooters or japanese
and the biggest problem how can i get a scooter as beautiful as s8?
sorry i got it in a long story way but thats what forum it is :p
