In the Dallas area, sounds good but no way can I ride this that far, I use a motorcycle for trips with a good seat. The last several years I don't have the time at this point.  Don't let this spoil any enthusiasm though.

You just have to search for scooter rallies on the net. Austin, San Antonio, and Houston has a lot of scooterist that create and go to rallies.
