Yes!!! Haha super easy to do, you need a gram scale and a Dremel type grinder with fine grinding bit. Just shave the inside of the brass sleeve little by little until it weighs the desired amount. Once you get used to doing it you can grind a lot off at first, just use even pressure and count to 15 and see how many tenths of a gram you take off. If 15 seconds takes off .5g, and you want 1g off, shave for 30 second roughly. Do the last .1g slowly and make them as close to the same as possible. You'll notice even with high end weights, like Dr. Pulley, they come out of the box as much as .1g difference. Even when I don't plan to change the weight, i end up evening them out to the lightest of the 6. I've never had negative outcome grinding rollers. Just one thing, it's easier to remove weight than add it! Go slow, get them all even and if you're not sure if you want to go lighter, install the variator and test drive.
