As a scooterist that seen more than a few through the shop. What is your opinion on drive belt life, My 76 Gold Wing cam belts are rate for 30K miles or 5 years. What would one expect from a scooter belt? Or recommended replacement schedule?

Really depends in the bike and usually longer life for bugger engine. 50cc-150cc usually 7500-10k miles. 250cc 10k larger might have 15k + belts. All service manuals will have minimum thickness for the belt, I usually replace before they get that bad.

Any chance the belt on the Movie 150 would be the same? If so, I might take one off your hands.
