Stig,
I like the vest.  Keep us updated on your results.  I may get one my self.

Take care and have a safe 4th of July.

Doc
Thanks Doc,
Will do!
Will also note how long it takes to get from the U.K. to Ohio....things from Asian 2-wheel suppliers come remarkably fast! (4 or 5 days from HongKong, Japan, etc.)

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for a computer mouse from China but got my new cylinder kit form Taiwan in 7 days. (Jiangwayne)

The way I see it is:   Look Professional.  My bikes are purposely set-up similar to a UK Police Cycle.  A couple of times I used vinyl letters on the windscreen that said "POLLIO". ( A Roman General).  I'll do anything to catch someone's attention and I've been fairly successful.  I have six hi-vis jackets and never ride without wearing one of them.  At stop lights people usually stay back one car length.

I'm thinking along these same lines.....whatever I can do to be seen. I can deal with most of the stuff happening in front of me by careful riding....but feel most vulnerable from those behind. Go with POLITE, POLIZE, whatever it takes.
