It is a very simple job. Open the rear brake fluid reservoir, and use a plastic or hardwood tool to push the pistons back into the caliper. Once this is done you can remove the caliper retainer bolts. The caliper will come right off and the pads will fall into your hands. Since you are worn to the metal a new rotor is in order, The muffler, and rear wheel have to be removed for this. I ALWAYS lube the Caliper mounting bolts w aluminum anti -sieze compound before re-assembly. You should also change and bleed the brake fliuid, because of the heat build up from the worn pads. Even w/ the rotor replacement the whole job should be around 2 hours.

I checked the Malossi catalog and I didn't see any.  If you want aftermarket it might take some looking.  Should be able to get oem replacements from Stadium Yamaha. Here's a link:  http://www.stadiumyamaha.com/pages/parts/viewbybrand/73/Kymco.aspx

Yeah, I looked, that's weird!  They don't list the front like that either.  I would call them and see if you can get just one.

Glad you found what you needed!  Those guys at Stadium Yamaha seem very good to deal with!  I have never needed anything from them, but I have only heard good things!

The rotor is not scratch that bad and it was only one side that rub metal to metal, I think i can get away with not changing it this time I'll change it next time .

You may be able to get away with not changing the rotor.  Just keep in mind that it may chew up the new pad if it's off a bit!
