I have owned a GT for about 2 1/2 years now.
Have owned a few motorcycles over the years. High power standards, cruisers, and one crotch rocket.
Transitioning from motorcycles to the GT was easy. I do not miss motorcycles.
The 300 GT still surprises me as to how well it accelerates and runs.
When I go up a 40 degree hill, it continues to gain speed.
You would not think a 300cc machine would run that good, but it does.
I am older now and do not like the idea of handling a 600-800 pound machines. Especially when it is not needed. The GT will do everything I want it to.
99 percent of the time I ride solo and 65 mph and under.
The GT does that with ease.
Hope you like your GT as much as I like mine.
Mow today, ride tomorrow.

ps: There is a small chrome looking shield on you exhaust pipe. It is about 4 inches long. They tend to work loose because of expansion and contraction caused by the hot exhaust pipe. When cool, remove the two nuts and reinstall with "Red" Loctite.
I lost mine. Others have too.

Ride safe my friend.
