Yesterday 9/22/15 a man riding a motor scooter hit a bad spot in the pavement on I-26 between Johnson City Tn. and Kingsport Tn. The man lost control and crashed.
Another motorist in a car ran over him, killing him.
A reminder to be extra careful.
