By riding down really steep hills. Or you could tow it behind a car.
Seriously though, it can be done if you're willing to:
Not keep it "bog standard"!
Spend a lot of money
Spend a lot of time
Give up a lot of gas mileage
And give up a lot of reliability

It would be tricky to get the stock 50 AC up to an honest 55 miles per hour. I'm not saying it would be impossible, but by all the work you'd have to put into it you may as well just get a big bore.
