Stolen
« on: October 21, 2015, 02:10:48 PM »
Hi all,
saddens me to say this, but my 2005 red people 250 was stolen 2 weeks ago right out of my own driveway  :'(  I have put 15000 wonderful miles on it and I am going to miss it.

reminder for all to lock it up when and where ever, I'll never make that mistake again.  We ride scooter for the convenience and too often thiefts thinks so too.

I was told by the cop to keep an eye out on craig's list, so I am looking at craig's list everyday to find my bike.  To no available, but instead found a GTI300 locally for sale!  kind of have my mind set on Tmax, but TOOOOO expensive, so I picked up the GTI300 instead!! :)  and I LOVED IT!!

Wow, the People 250 is a big bike. It weighs the same as my Downtown. Whoever took it must have planned it out with a truck and everything. Sorry to hear, but hope you're enjoying your new bike.

yeah, if I really want to catch them I can leave my new scooter out front with motion sensors and cameras and ofcourse chained up this time! :)  then I'll greet them with my 357 when they come at 3 am :P lol  , but I am getting soft, must be the old age, besides I got a better scooter because of this anyway.

If you can, put up surveillance cameras if you can. They’ll do more for you than a gun will. I want to say it getting your new scooter is a win win situation, but getting robbed is never good. Criminals tend to be stupid. Hopefully this one will F- up and will get caught.

The gun eliminates that criminal for everyone from here on out.
