So i orderd the 21mm carb . what do i do with the coolant lines that go into old carb . ?

I don't use coolant lines on old carb, just make a u-turn with the coolant tube back to where it reconnects after going through carb, bypassing the carb.  I can't tell it makes any difference, may actually be pollution control feature, and is one less tube to disconnect when pulling out the carb to clean/ adjust.  Cheers

I think you'll be good. My old Fiat X1/9 had a coolant carb and all it was used for was to help bring the carb up to temp in cold weather by use of a temp activated choke. Once warmed up, the auto choke would disengage. The stock AC super 9 has an electrically operated auto choke which is disconnected when using most aftermarket carbs.

I've heard it is to help regulate the temp of the fuel going into the engine,  that it helps it run better by making the fuel closer to the temperature of the engine.  It made no noticeable difference for me yet, but I haven't gotten to the full on cold as hell days here yet.  This weekend should let me know...

What jet kit to order with a 38mm airfilter . im running a 108 in stock carb . but thats a small carb ?

I'm running a 110 main and 38-40 idle with no airbox or filter. It really depends on ambient temp, humidity, altitude above sea level, rider weight and modifications to the bike.  Your plug, and cdi (timing advance) could also play a part.
