O believe me ill test it out on something else befor I use it on my scoot.The board with holes in it might work to that I can make.

picked me one up and a 4 lb hammer to go with..will see if it works when needed.

4lb hammer is way bigger than you will need or want to use, unless your fastener is on something really solid and really tight,   12oz-16oz ball peen in more appropriate

HF sells a nice electric impact for cheap. You want 350 ft lbs minimum though. Do not get the cheapest there. For home users it's good nuff.
