Great! Wow 1 inch bore, that's 26mm! You'll be able to move huge volumes of air. My concern would be the loss of velocity. I suppose if your running a 24mm carb it would work just fine. I might possibly go to a 22-24mm carb in the future.

 How did you do the porting   ???    The step bit will only enlarge the inlet and outlet, but does nothing about increasing flow through the runner. That intake needs ported and polished.

I used a dremel to polish and port . as deep as i can . ill post pics soon when finshed. But it looks amazing for a noob lol . anyways parts came in today . best store ever ! Www.scooterpartsco.com
