5K Mileage. Maintenance?

I got 2 Kymco People 50's this summer.  They run well, but I'd like to go through them just to be sure.

They have 5K on them. I have no clue what service or work was done to them.  What should I do this winter while they are "on ice"?

If theres no clue what was done before id go over every thing...

Change Gear oil
Change Brake fluid
Inspect Brake pads
Inspect cvt (belt and rollers)
Inspect tires and pressure
Lube cables
Tighten bolts and nuts
Chenge fuel filter
Clean air filter
Change spark plug
Adjust or clean carb if needed
Check lights
Check battery

Maybe im missing something but thats a lot to do or check. You'll have the whole winter!
