New wide wind schield.

My new shield blocks a lot of wind. Not bad for 20 bucks of craigslist.

I have a People 150 with a wide windshield also. One of the best purchases I have made. Did not get the swinging deal you did though!

$20 is cheaper than a good pair of gloves. Great deal!

I am thinking of a lap apron. I am new to scooter riding, and I commute 15 miles each day. Its too much fun to give up because of cold weather.

They also make knee shields for the scoots But the windshield slows the scoot down enough.anymore and Ill be doing under 30 mph. I just wear a full snow suite And im all good.

You can go to cyclegear.com and get cold weather riding pants with armor in the knees for cheaper than that right now in fact in the next week I will be going to the cycle gear here in Charlotte, NC and getting myself an armored jacket pants and waterproof insulated gloves for this winter and right now at their close out prices for the end of year clearance I don't plan to spend more than $200. If you don't have a store near you and go to their website look at the BILT products that's their brand it most of their items come with a 5yr warranty.

I lucked out. My wife got me a pair of Stihl Protective chain saw chaps for fathers day last summer. They work great but are thick and very
hot. I put them on the other morning and did my 15 mile commute to work in 35 degrees and I was actually comfortable! I am planning on riding with them down into the 20s. I have a large windscreen that covers my hand area and all of my torso except my helmet from the face shield up.
