The lemon is the dealer, not the scooter!

I've got an update on this story.  I talked to carmen007 last weekend.  He was riding his SYM HD200.  I asked where his Kymco was.  Said it left him stranded the week before.  It's at the dealer and they tell him the top end is shot.  Scooter has somewhere around 21,000 miles.  It's out of warranty partially because of the 6 months the dealer had it screwing around with the FI problem.   I know the scooter pretty well.  He kept up on the required maintenance.   Just an unfortunate chain of events.

Less chit chat, more riding.

This is deja'-vu! Top end cannot be shot in 21000 miles. Does he really believe those pirates after what they put him through?
