Battery light probably telling of low voltage and/or no charge.

Charge battery to full. If cluster does same thing? You may need a new one. After charging battery, I would leave battery dis-connected from wires over night. Then hook up wires and ride for a hundred miles or so. My bike did this once when a battery died. After getting a new one, all of a sudden the cluster started to work perfect again?  :-* ??? ??? ??? ???

Oh yeah,  160km/h! When I was looking for a scoot about 2 years back I test rode a 2009 @160km/h. What a rush.
It had a lot of scratches and more Kms so I turned it down.
I have always wondered if I lost out, since the scoot I bought never ever saw 160.

Tell us  how you got there - an interesting tale for sure.
