Big ol' disc?
« on: April 27, 2008, 01:46:03 AM »
Hey, y'all... how hard would it be for me to find a larger disc for the brake(s) of a People 250, I wonder?  Were it available, what would be the drawbacks of installing such a beastie?

might be easier to find steel braided lines for a little more stopping power.  But then again, I'm not sure what kinda power your going for.  Big disks would look cooler :)

Can you lock the wheels? If so why would you want more brake?

Purely cosmetic. I'd just like one of those discs that look like a sci-fi version of a circular saw blade.  :)

Let me know if you find them.   Anyone know?

It would be cool if they made them look like an actual saw blade :D  yeah, it would almost be cheesy but i bet it would sell.  Might look cool if done right.

Haven't seen any for the People, but there are some for the Grand Vista, so you might be in luck...
