Kick starting my People S 200 is a workout, but it's saved me a few times.  When I had a weak battery, I used the kick starter occasionally to get the motor past the hardest part of the rotation.  Then the starter could turn it over. 

Also, I have kick successfully kick-started it when the battery was drained accidentally (left it on while parked).

KICK STARTING IS A BREEZE WITH MY SUPER 9---FOR FUN I CAN USE MY HAND AND  CRANK START IT
