Maintenance questions
« on: July 15, 2010, 11:13:23 PM »
The manual says to change the fuel filter screen at 7,000 km, but it doesn't give any information about what the fuel filter screen is or how to change it.  Does anyone know where I can find the part (in USA)?  How do you change it??

Also, is it really necessary to change the air cleaner every 4,000 km?

Thanks!

My P-250S has a cartridge fuel filter right along the frame tube under the floorboard on the left side ( sitting on the seat). You have to take the plastic bodywork off.(2008 model).

Hey spooker I don't have your model but the wording on most should be inspect (If all looks good) clean replace.  I was just looking at the s200 and dont see a fuel screan that is apparent, unless it in the tank on top of the petcock I don't know what you would service.  P.s. I did pm you good luck
