Dead farm stock & Lunch Meat

Rode in to my local coffee village this morning (my scoot upper left of pix)
We have more than a few "local color" residents in this village.

Joe rides an old red Honda Reflex, owns 8 or 9 old Toyota station wagons, a pristine '51 BMW w/period side car - and this working '29 tow struck.

You will notice his signage. On the passenger door: "We pay for dead {farm} stock. Quick reliable service."
On the driver's door: "Joe's Towing, Lunch Meat and Used Tires."

He stopped for coffee at Dino's on his way up the hill (he hopes) out of town to a vintage truck show a few miles away. He says he has taken his truck onto I-70, but that "wasn't as much fun as you might think". !

He's a pistol. His biker buddy rides a yellow Metropolitan, wearing a vintage NVA (North Vietnamese Army) pith helmet.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

You got 'em, Stig! Not only fancy coffee shops to make Boulder, CO jealous but real characters like Joe and his truck! Boulder does not have any thing like Joe. Or his truck.
