Faulty O2 Sensor Heater

Help engine light came on it coded 45 Faulty O2 Sensor Heater. Do i need to get a replacement sensor or is there a fix? Where would i get the sensor at. Part #?

Unplug and test O2 sensor with ohmmeter and then proceed from there. Four wires, two circuits. Easy, peasy.
