Hey all.
I just got a sig Sauer sp2022 Bb pistol for next to nothing.
I soon found out why.
Luckily the co cartridge seal is tight.
It was recently resprayed to make it look better.
Already the paint is coming off.
Anyways the Allen key appeared to be slipping, but on close examination it can be seen that the metal part was slipping in the plastic where the thread is.
Super glue sorted that.
Then since it is non blowback, the metal slider was moving quite a bit.
Fault found to be ejector cover, which is plastic. It was so out of shape.
I dismantled the gun and rebuilt it, as in tidied it up, and respraying it.
Parts are impossible to get hold of here, so I built up the slider with powder and superglue (the thing is only for looks, so no worries.)
While it was open I Serviced it, a little oil (silicone) and lastly, I had to fix the safety switch.
It was partly snapped off.
I made a part to join the original part(it took 2 attempts and now the safety feature is back!
Gas is zar10 (0,60 us c)
It is quite loud, but was fun.
The paper I used for target practice is in the pics.
I am sure you guys are laughing under your sleeve, with armories in nearly every home... Lol.
