Problems
« on: November 19, 2016, 05:09:46 PM »
Hey guys,

I`ve noticed a decline in my engine RPM`s, she sometimes stutters when I WOT in the first couple of km/h`s and also when I re-accelerate at a high speed (50km/h+).
Starting used to be a push of a button, now it is playing with gas to just get it right :(
My mileage decreased as well (But that might be because I switched from 5.5g to 5.25g roller weights)

Anyone knows how and why this could be? It`s raining almost constantly here yet I still drive about 100km per 3 days, and as I`ve drilled some holes in my airbox I took a wild guess to see if the filter was stuffed with dirt but I couldn`t see anything wrong.

If it's near to freezing temp outside, and raining, your carb will form ice inside the main throat area.  If this is the problem, it will start and run OK after it's been sitting for 10 minutes (after the ice melts).
