Thankful Ride
« on: November 24, 2016, 03:48:10 PM »
A whole lot to be thankful for, again, this year.
Hope all are having a good day today.
Took a spin around town and the park this morning.

Two days from now they will once again try to blow the top off of this little Ohio town. ....with a massive fireworks show off of the top of these buildings.

Tim H. was closed this morning...

So found some local color for a coffee stop.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I drank 2 crates of bud, ate an enormous turkey and some pumpkin pie. Then I watched the ball game (Cowboys v Indians or something) and then shot someone with my assault rifle on the way home.*

Luckily, today, I don't feel American anymore.

Right, I'm off to the Black Friday sales.

Take care y'all

*I'm kidding my US friends. Have a good one.

Brilliant  !!
But, there's no way a gun rack will fit in the back window of your Mini.....and of course, the Indians lost..... again.
(my wife & daughter thought  your post was a hoot!)

You're welcome.

We all love your Queen - Helen Mirren.

Now I'm sure I read something somewhere thaat an alarmingly high % of Americans think that the tv series Downton Abbey is actually how deepest Englandshire is today.

The only real Downto(w)n is, of course, built by Kymco.

Hate to spoil some preconceptions. ...we've  never seen one episode  of Downton Abbey. My fav Brit show is Doc Martin...the new Reggie Perrins....and the old Inspector Morse (Morris?).....and of course Top Gear !!
And none of the immediate family is armed with anything other than a 12V impact gun.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, followed by Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and on to Cyber Monday. I’m enjoying  a weekend filled with no obligations, a fridge filled with left overs, wine, and lots of pies.
