Fuel line came loose, mice chewed the fuel line enough to smell the gas, leakage at the fuel tank petcock, cracked fuel filter, cracked fuel line. These are just some of the reasons it might be leaking. You should be able to take the seat and tub off and see where the leak is coming from. What ever it is, shouldn't be a real big fix. Good luck.
