2008 Grand Vista 250 will not even, turn over.

Charged battery, reads 12.3, tested all fuses - good, kickstand up, brake lever held in, shut off switch on.

No lights on dash except the seat open red light.  No click, nothing when trying to start it.

I think battery voltage should be above 13 after a charge. Double check it is near 13 while engine on and close to 14 when you rev.

I suspect the handle bar switch.  When you press and hold the brake lever does the rear brake light come on?  If not try the right brake lever and if the brake light comes on then try to start it.  The contacts corrode in the brake lever switch.  I cleaned mine a couple of times over the years an applied dielectric grease.  Working great ever since.  12.3 means the battery is getting tired.  After a charge should be close to if no 13v.  But even with a weak batter should turn over.

Yep, that little black brake light switch on inner part of brake lever. Clean, or replace for less than $5 ea.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
