So I have a few questions. Does this require the rider to have a cell phone, or is there a monthly charge for an internet connection? Will the upgrades be presented to the rider when the bike is in motion, or only when it was come to a full stop? if not, it may create a needless (and dangerous) distraction. I like the idea of this being available for scooters and not for MCs (for the moment) as it may give scooters a more modern and appealing feel than a motorcycle.
