It's probably just a defective lens. I stopped at Prospect today and told one of the employees I wanted the headlamp lens replaced under warranty and showed him why, he said he has never seen anything like it and took my information saying he will get back to me after he gets in touch with Kymco. We'll see, it definitely pays to talk to several different people at a dealership at different times because this guy wasn't the first guy I spoke with and actually showed some concern.

Good on ya, keep at them. Sometimes you get the impression that they have to take out a second mortgage, but it is all paid for by the manufacturer.

Will do wordslinger.  ;)

I'm not going to let up until the lens is replaced.
