Ha! you'll love that pipe,Don't know about the s9 but the arreche was not a straight bolt on with the people 50 the cable to the carb had to be moded.Got a couple hundred miles on my kit and going pretty good,took a bit to get dialed,running the #20 pilot-The narrower needle top clip and the #120 main,should be be in the 65+ mph club!The only thing about the airsol I didn't like was the one ring,the add i bought from showed 2.Running the white spring and fly's,race clutch and bell on order.

Looks like you will be banging Bro! There are a few things to watch for w/ your jug. Shaka is proof. When you put the jug on for the first time, use the supplied base gasket, and use some spacers on top of the studs to torque it down. Check the deck height. The piston edge should be equal to or just below the top of the cylinder. It should not be above. Next install the head, and it's gasket, and measure the squish. You will want to be as close to 1mm as possiable. Any less than .5mm will need a thicker head gasket. Check these BEFORE even trying to run it, and you will be saving TONS of trouble shooting down the road. Keep us informed Bro, and you'll be scooting in NO time. PS What's the other forum you like? There are not too many good ones.

Alright Zombie, I will check the deck height and squish before installing. I figured a few details would need checking, but it looks pretty cool. I will be getting at it this weekend. Should be fun.
I also lurk on scooterinvasion- I believe you are familiar with it......!

Well guys, I have my new jug installed, deck height and squish were perfect. I am trying to find the correct spark plug to run- the Moped Hospital installation says NGK B9 range. I read somewhere of using BR9ES- bought a couple but they have longer reach and the top terminal does not come off. they won't fit. i have a few BR8HSA, and realize they are too hot for the aluminum jug; others say to use the "B9 range". I will probably warm it up with the "8", but need the correct plug to run it.
What, exactly do I get??
I know you guys have the experience to answer this one- Thanks for the help!! ;)

It will depend on the head, but I run BP ? HS (ngk) It has a shorter reach, and works quite well for me. Most auto parts will have them, as is is primarily an outboard plug, and very popular. I have run from 5-9 in heat ranges.
