Hey guys

Bought my kymco super 8 2t 50 for $400au the other day

Licenced and running.

Have since done:
New battery: $52
Malossi rollers-9g $38.90
Changed the main jet from 82 to 90 $2
Removed airbox snorkel and done a lil airbox mod $0
Removed nut n washer from exhaust before muffler, removed secondary filter completely and disposed of, cut steel pipe n closed, other exhaust piece was closed shut. $0

Getting 70km/h out of her atm on the flats/slight decline but want a bit more

Worth the $280 for a technigas exhaust?

Seen a couple of second hand adly technigas exhausts for $150-200 but dunno if they will fit?

Seems the cat would be quite restrictive, playing with the carby tune atm. Dont really wanna spend too much but would be happy if i could get her to 80km/h lol

So i found a 2nd hand leovince tt for 65 bucks from an adly. Cut the header pipe off my stocko and the adly header n welded mine onto it.

Made a huge difference and i can get 80km/ easily out of her now. So pleased.

was it a lot of work to do the mods to the exhaust and airbox?
