...2008 agility that I bought new in december of 08...installed a new variator...the dealer shipped me the wrong one, it has 9 gr. rollers...but it took over 2 months to get it shipped from Malossi...the application chart said it's for the cobra, dink, super9, people...all 2 strokes, I reckon....installed the longer clutch big spring..runs great, but I hear a really loud "rattling" noise around 40 mph....it goes away @ 45mph....anybody got any ideas what the noise might be??...

You got some thinner rollers maybe,sloshing around.It happend when i put some 16x 13 in somthing they didn't belong in.think hoola hoop shoop shoop!

..the thing rattled from day one, until i replaced it nearly a year later...

..the best running, rattling A50 on the forum...lol..

hope you dont have what I went threw bad crank shaft it took me me about 6 monthes to get fixed
threw kymco they are so dame slow at fixing and for geting parts. they are nice bike but because of there service dont know if ill ever get another kymco.

whats up word? idk crap about the ag but on some yr model zxs the crank bearring causes a rattle.. sounds like coming from bottom of motor..
