2015 Super 8 150X Rear Seat wont lock as Backrest

Hello.  I just purchased a 2015
Super 8 150 X.  The rear seat wont lock in the up position/backrest position.  Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or knows how to fix. Thanks

There is a cover on the underside of seat...remove the screws and take a look see.
