European/Asian Kymco Parts?
« on: May 21, 2018, 12:34:35 PM »
Anyone out there have a decent source for non-US, inexpensive OEM Kymco parts?

I have been searching all over the Interwebz for a pair of non-US, front Turn Signals for my Kymco Xciting 400i, and I can't seem to manage to find any! The ones that came on the bike don't have the electronics or LEDs in them. They're empty. Bereft of light. Hollow. They are ex-turn signals...

All the ones I've located so far don't have an option to add them to a cart. I suspect that it's because of US DOT regulations that we can't have decent turn signals in this country without them being non-OEM aftermarket parts.

Any help?
Two things to consider...
1) The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse always gets the cheese.
2) Eagles may soar, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines.

Well heck Macher,

Think I got the right part here.

I checked Racing Planet PL, UK, DE, & USA.  They all showed the same part, but it's sold out for the nonce.
Since they showed the same everywhere, I'm not sure if the part's different or not in the USA, but I'll take your word  for it since I didn't find any U.S. specific sites with fiche.

I did find the part number, 33450-LKF5-E00, which did yield some results on a search including https://www.bike-parts-kymco.uk/kymco-motorcycle/400-SCOOTER/XCITING/XCITING_400I_4T_EURO_III/FRONT-INDICATORS/124/15/0/124 which let me cart it.

Caveat Emptor of course, it could be a trap or they might actually be out & just getting your money for their eventual restock.

Here are a few racing planet links as well just cuz if it weren't too fatal and everyone is out of stock I'd go with them since they do have  a U.S. presence and have been pretty good to me in general.

Tromper: It's "Ed"... As in Edward. Named after my Grandfather.  ::)
Not entirely sure how you came up with those, since I searched diligently, and only found one French site (Google Translate did a really poor job of it!) and they had none in stock. You found sites that had the Left side in stock, but no Righties.

Still, it's impressive! Thanks!
I am most certainly going to have to look into that one.
