Just passed 500 hrs on my LIKE's tachometer

Trail Tech 72-A00
$28.78 - Amazon

I installed this on my 2012/manufactured LIKE200iLX in November of 2013. (so it's missing my first 7 mos. of riding) Used 2 sided Red 3M tape. (Not drilling in my scoot!)
Recently noticed it had clicked past 500 hours of engine time.
I check it every now and then after a ride - to see what my max RPM's were. or, while riding to see what I'm turning while on a country road cruise.
Generally looks like 6,800 were my max revs for any pervious ride. Saw 7,200 on there a few times.
After nearly 5 years it is still working fine.

Wrapped as close to the spark plug cap as possible, then enclosed it loosely.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

I wish something affordable like the Trail Tech was available to me years ago. Instead, we had overpriced Tiny Tachs that led me to grab some janky tach/hour meters off eBay. They worked, but did they ever update slowly. Maybe half a second delay. Still, once I found a certain cruising speed or constant acceleration, the engine speed feedback was fantastic for tuning with some accuracy.
